Unfortunately not, we do not allow anyone on their provisional or learner license to rent or drive any of our cars.

The minimum age requirement to rent a car is 21 years old. However, the excess for drivers between the ages of 21-24 will be $5000. The excess for drivers 25-70 is $3000.

All we need is your Driver's License and Credit Card. 

If you're from overseas, please remember to bring a translated version of your License (only if it is not in English already), passport and credit card.

If you return the car late, you may be subject to additional fees. Please refer to our rental policy for more information. 

When you pick up your van, we place a temporary "hold" on your card (this is the ‘bond’). This "hold" method means no money actually leaves your account. These funds are simply set aside by your bank as a guarantee. They stay in your account but are "unavailable" for other spending during your hire.  Once the van is back safe and sound, we check for tolls, any damage, any additional km etc. and we trigger the release. Your bank then "unfreezes" the funds, and your available balance goes back to normal.

The standard bond amount is $500, except for the larger 12 seater vans and fridge vans. The bond for 12 seater vans and fridge vans is $1000. The bond is fully refundable after the van has been returned and any applicable additional fees have been applied.
